Plivanje i hladno vreme – saveznici ili neprijatelji ?

Svake godine pred zimu, sa padom temperature opada i broj dece na treningu.

Logično pitanje je: da li treba prekidati sa treninzima plivanja zimi i da li treba preskakati treninge ako je  napolju hladno?

Umesto odgovora iskotistiću genijalnu  rečenicu mog starog trenera: „ Ne postoje loši vremenski uslovi, postoji samo neadekvatan izbor garderobe!“

Šta to znači u našem slučaju?

Vrlo jenostavno: dobro se osušiti posle treninga, poneti suve stvari (duple) pre svega veš i čarape, adekvatnu jaknu ili duks (ako duva vetar sa kapuljačom) i kapu. Ne kačket. Ili samo kapuljaču, nije dovoljna. Zimsku kapu, vunenu, koja pokriva uši. Kapu nosimo posle treninga čak i ako napolju nije mnogo hladno. Kapa čuva uši. Upale ušiju su najčešći i najneprijatniji razlog zašto pilvači pauziraju po nekoliko nedelja. Zimi i rukavice.

Sušenje i oblačenje posle treninga u zimskom periodu može biti dugotrajno pogotovo za devojčice (tj. za roditelje koji čekaju J ), pa smo pripremili nekoliko taktika koje mogu pomoći da se uštedi vreme:

  1. Dete se tušira i pere kosu na bazenu.

Ova opcija traje najduže, ali ste zato slobodni kada dođete kući, i slobodno planirajte da dete neće izaći spremno ni pola sata po završetku treninga. Potrebno je da dete ponese kupku, šampon, fen, kremu i sve što je potrebno kada se tušira kod kuće, završi sve na bazenu, dobro se osuši, obuče, i slobodni ste, možete stići čak i na neki rođendan ili priredbicu.

  • Dete se tušira i pere kosu kod kuće.

Ako se odlučite za ovu opciju , dete može izaći i za manje od 10 minuta po završetku treninga, ali to uglavnom znači da se ide pravo kući. Dobra taktika za devojčice sa dugom kosom je da se ne skida kapa za plivanje, već se dete osuši i obuče pa preko kape za plivanje stavi vunenu kapu i tako do kuće. Ovako možete uštedeti vreme ako npr.  žurite, primate goste i sl.

Plivanje je sport koji se praktikuje i trenira cele godine. Već smo ranije pisali da deca koja redovno treniraju imaju jači imuni sistem, opštu otpornost organizma, bolju koncentraciju i raspodelu energije, bolju motivaciju i radnu disciplinu, kao i o ostalim benefitima koje imaju deca koja plivaju.

Nema razloga da se prekida sa treninzima za vreme zime. Ukoliko ispoštujete par pravila o kojima smo pisali, plivanje će biti bezbedno za vašu decu čak i na -10  stepeni C, čak može biti i preventiva jer jača organizam. Zahtevaće više vremena oko sušenja i oblačenja, ali to je mala žrtva s’ obzirom na to šta se dobija i koliko će to značiti Vašoj deci.
